BG-SB provides software development, web development, consulting, and related digital services.
All custom software, code, graphics, and deliverables remain the property of the client after full payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Invoices must be paid within the agreed payment period. Late payments may result in suspension of services.
BG-SB shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and protected.
Either party may terminate a project agreement in writing at any time. Completed work up to the termination date remains billable.
These terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of the relevant jurisdiction.
